• A measured survey of the site/existing builidng
• Feasability study and sketch proposals
• Design development planning submission (if required)
• Technical design to obtain builing regulations approval

• Enhanced technical design
• Tender information
• Preparing contract documents

    Other professionals maybe needed to support the design
